- 200 grams of udon noodles
- 200 grams of chicken fillet, cut into small pieces
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon of honey or brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
- 2 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 red chili pepper, chopped (optional)
- 1 red pepper, cut into half rings
- Fresh basil or cilantro for serving (optional)
Instructions.:
- Prepare the udon noodles according to the instructions on the package. Usually, you just need to dip them in boiling water and cook for about 8-10 minutes, then drain in a colander and rinse under cold water.
